Returns

We want your experience with The Amber Hour to be effortless. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our returns process is straightforward and designed with you in mind. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition with tags attached. We accept returns for unworn apparel and unused home products. Please include your order number and reason for return when you contact us. To start a return, email hello@theamberhour.co.uk with your order details. We'll provide a prepaid return label so you can send your items back at no cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or washing cannot be accepted. Final sale items are non-returnable. For exchanges, we're happy to swap sizes or colours within 30 days.
