Order processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Incorrect shipping information

Lost or damaged packages
