Refund policy

We hope you’ll love everything from The Amber Hour. But if something isn’t quite right, heres how our returns work.

Our returns window:

You may return unworn items within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund. To be eligable, items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.

How to return:

Please email us at hello@theamberhour.co.uk with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Return postage is arranged and paid for by the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

once we’ve received and inspected your return, well process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sleepwear and hygiene:

For hygiene reasons, our pyjamas and sleepwear can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags and original packaging intact. were unable to accept returns on sleepwear that has been worn.

Faulty items

Every piece is handmade, so slight variations in print, colour and stitch are natural and part of the charm. These aren’t faults. But if your item arrives genuinely damaged or faulty please email us at hello@theamberhour.co.uk within 14 days with a photo, and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
